After careful consideration about where we are now and where we want to be, we found the perfect option and knew it was time to bring on another industry expert. We are thrilled to welcome Practice Management Expert Robbi Grayson to the Terri Ross Consulting family.
Robbi Has been active in the medical aesthetic industry for more than thirty years as an owner, distributor, educator and consultant. She has engaged in all aspects of the industry including sales, product manufacturing, leadership, management and new practice development. Robbi is recognized as a pioneer in the skincare and day spa arena in the U.S. market as well as a trusted expert in the medical aesthetic industry.

Here are just a few highlights of the experience Robbi brings to the table:
In 1987, conceptualized and led the opening of one of the first day spas in the United States, Charles Grayson, directing all aspects of the burgeoning business, leading it to annual sales of $2.9 million, double digit profit, and growth from an initial staff of 11 to a staff of 75 before selling the company. Charles Grayson European Spa Salon won 1991 International Day Spa of the Year.
Established Skin and Spa Concepts LLC, importing and distributing skincare products, equipment and consulting to the spa industry in 1989 and successfully sold the company in 1996.
Presented and taught concepts at spa and skincare tradeshows as a highly sought-after speaker and educator on the spa circuit, including ISPA, Les Nouvelle Esthetique and Serious Business. Created and hosted training events for wholesale clients, as well as business development classes for owners.
Served as an executive with Etopa, a consulting and space planning company, providing liaison between engineers, designers and the client for space planning, architectural design, construction of furniture and equipment and business development with some of the top spas in the country.
Served as project manager for new practice development for over forty aesthetic medical, plastic surgery and dermatology practices since 2012. This included all aspects of opening a new practice from feasibility through opening.
Has consulted with more than 60 aesthetic medical practices and destination, resort and day spas since 2003
