Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once digital products have been accessed, downloaded, or viewed.
In the event of duplicate purchases, technical errors, or accidental payments, please contact us at sales@terriross.com within 7 days for review. Refunds, if approved, will be issued at our discretion.
For consulting, mentorship, or event programs, refund policies will be stated in your individual service agreement.
